NOW!
Now we are able to offer a standard procedure in a video format so that the operator can see and hear how the procedure should be followed. It increases the operators understanding as additional information on why each step is critical and can provide helpful advice on how to do the job as well as possible.
This will increase the opportunity for the operator to get it right every time.
